I wouldn't recommend living here. Fair houses, nothing fancy. There was garbage in front the day the kids moved in. There has been a mixup 3 times with our automatic payment; one was my fault for not updating a credit card. When I spoke to management, they got the payment fixed but there was no apology. They blamed the company who manages the online payments. The gate is ALWAYS broken and we are still paying the same amount. Again, they blame the residents and do nothing for months to fix it. The staff at creekside is completely uninterested in the wellbeing of their residents. My unit has had the A/C go out at least 10 times in the past year, and on many occasions, the maintenance staff refuses to fix the problem in a timely manner. It was once out for 4 days during late-spring, and repeated calls returned no action. Finally, an email from the leasing office accused me for not bringing it to their attention sooner. Save your money, and get a descent place somewhere else.
This is my second year living at Creekside, and j can't imagine living anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The property is well-kept, and the entire place looks so nice on both the inside and the outside. It is a wonderful community for any college student.
Best place to live. Ever. Lived in Creekside for almost 4 years, couldn't have picked a better place to rent. Amazing staff, amenities and rental units!! Very clean, safe and convenient location to downtown Auburn and campus (both AU and Southern Union!)
This is my 3rd year living at Creekside, and I LOVE it! I can't wait to spend another summer at this beautiful pool with all of my friends! The new gym is amazing and the clubhouse is very nice and convenient! So glad to be apart of the Creekside fam!!!!�����
This is my first year living in creekside and there's no other place I would rather spend my freshman year! The clubhouse is a great place to study, workout, or even lay by the pool. Creekside is the perfect place to live. It also has 3 tiger transit stops on the way to campus! There's no better place to live
I have lived in Creekside for the past 3 years and I have loved it! The staff is always so nice and helpful! I have loved all that Creekside has to offer! I can't wait to spend my last year at Auburn here!
