We always have a great visit at Creekside Dentistry. The front office staff is super nice and accommodating and we love the dentists.
They got me in quickly for a problem I was having. They see you right away. No waiting. I'm usually difficult to numb, but the dentist numbed me good. He explained everything in detail and was very patient. He was not in a rush at all. Excellent. His assistant is excellent too. She is very engaging and polite. The office is clean and everything is handled very professionally. They have tvs in front and on the ceiling so the patient can see no matter what position they are in. I visited Creekside today for my cleaning and a filling. I was impressed with some of the newer members of the staff not to mention Tiffany who did my cleaning to Dr. Helton & his assistant who made the whole filling experience very informative, relaxing and with out any pain. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for the upmost professional and friendliest staff I have ever dealt with in the dentistry profession!!
The staff was very friendly and the dental hygienist was great. The Dentist I saw (can't remember his name) was also very nice and explained everything to me. This was my first visit, but I would recommend Creekside Dentistry to anyone looking for a Dentist

I am not crazy about having work done on my mouth. But at Creekside dentistry it is never a bad experience. The staff and the Dentists are always so kind and understanding. Explaining everything to you down to the last detail. I highly recommend Creekside to anyone who is uncomfortable with the idea of going to the dentist. They will help you to feel comfortable and forget the bad experience you may have ever had!!

As previously the whole staff was friendly, professional and prompt. They took time to explain what they were going to do and gave me a chance to ask questions.
I had a appointment with Dr Upshaw this week to pick up my night gaurd. He was very patient and kind while working on it so it would fit properly. The doctor and staff's kindness have a way of putting you at ease. I would highly recommended Creekside Dentistry to anyone!
