We are recognized immediately upon arrival by friendly office staff. The cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly. We were reminded about the appointment ahead of time and our next appointment was set up with ease. We feel very comfortable which is not something you can say about any dentist office.
Good visit, a little confusion on scheduling,but Dr.Helton, & Vanna White stayed late to take care of me. I love Creekside Dental, my new favorite Dental office of all time.
Started bad, ended good, great staff
I noticed a crown was loose yesterday, so I called Creekside Dentistry around 2:00 PM and told them about the problem. Cindy arranged an appointment for 8:30 AM today and I was in the chair by 8:32 AM. The crown was removed, cleaned, and glued back in place within 20 minutes. Since the crown was made in February of this year, they did not charge anything for fixing the problem. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with. Best dentist office I have every had in my 62 years.
