This is our third visit and so far, all I can says is great things about this dental office, the treatment., the care and mainly the customer service. Everything has been done in a timely manner and we have been informed and reminded of visits or any other matters.Please keep up with your excellent service and thank you so much for making our dental experience a pleasant one.
I have been a patient of Dr. Koehler for over 30 years and even though I have moved 50 miles I still go to his practice. All the hygienist are so sweet and the front office is so friendly and make you feel at home and like all are such valued patients.
Outstanding staff. Very prompt.
I went to Creekside for a second opinion on some extensive dental work. My gums were very sore and Dr Upshaw was very gentle during the examination. He instilled a sense of confidence in what I needed to do going forward. My insurance is not one that is accepted there, but want to change dentists in January and hope that I can become a patient of their group.
Great staff and the Doctors are great. Very professional and the environment is relaxing. I use to hate to go to the Dentist but know it is a pleasure.

I have used Dr. Koehler for over 25 years and have always received the very best treatment possible . I have had very serious dental problems and he has solved them all and I remain grateful . I have received implants , bridgework , root canals , fillings and 2 cleanings a year for these 25 years . The work has always been perfect . The staff of assistants and front desk staff are the most professional and friendly people I have ever encountered in any business .
