RecommendedWe really enjoyed our year stay at Advenir. The staff is very friendly and kind to me. Good service. Jennifer has been great.
Worst place I have ever lived. Management is a joke. Every issue I have had has been discussed with the office. Takes months to get any issues taken care of. DM me if you would like more info. I have recordings of dogs barking or howling at all hours. E-mails out the wazoo of issues they did not take care of.
RecommendedThe apartment staff here goes above and beyond! I've gone through plenty of apartments and none have made us feel more at home than Carlyle Place. They also have plenty of opportunities for you to win prizes and money off your rent. No complaints here

Bulldoze down the whole place, Fire the whole office staff.
The stay was pretty peaceful & maintenance was very timely however, the property is very pricey. To renew my lease they wanted to go up approximately $100.00 which would be 1400 for two bedrooms & one bath. The back gate is always broken. If you pay your rent late once you’ll have to go to go somewhere that does moneygram to pay rent for the rest of your lease which was very inconvenient!!! RecommendedThe office staff is very helpful! When I was in a rush to find a new place, they made my experience very easy. I love the on site amenities such as the business center because I’m a full time student and I don’t have to worry about printing things off at home! I would definitely recommend living here!
I’ve experience a break in and theft last week. Also pest infestation when I moved in three months ago. Will not be renewing my lease.
