RecommendedAs a previous homeowner, I was very nervous to go back to an apartment when I moved to Tulsa. BUT Creekside has been amazing so far. Not only do the people in the front office know each person, they also care about their residents. Absolutely love my new apartment and my super friendly neighbors and management team! As others have said, yes there are some spiders as well as other sorts of wild life; but seriously folks, we live in Oklahoma, this is a new complex and for many of us our back yard is literally a forest! My request for additional pest control was responded to and delivered almost immediately. A beautiful home, fantastic amenities and scenery, and Nat Geo out your back door- not bad for an apartment I think!
My daughter and I moved into Phase II about a month ago. We were both apprehensive about being on the third floor but it has been amazing. Not only are the apartments beautiful, but they are functional, as well. I love my neighbors and the staff. This move has been such a blessing!
UPDATE: My apartment is wonderful. However, the staff here does NOTHING but make threats to those that choose not to follow rules (no smoking, leashed dogs, cleaning up after them). I am also currently sitting in my place with NO AC...AGAIN! I submitted multiple requests during business hours and I’m still sweating. Despite all of this, they also raised my rent. They dont take noise complaints seriously, people party at all hours. 2 years and I cant wait to get out of here!! I have a record of 50 calls to Creekside over noise complaints and I JUST had to call courtesy at 630am due to someone blasting their music. I was conned into signing my 2nd year saying it would be better, it never got better. I had to go through RAM Partners in order to get out of my lease. This has been the worst experience. My fiance and moved in around November, and we love living here. Mario and Areitha have always been helpful and just absolutely wonderful. Any maintenance needed, has been minimal and done within a day or two. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home. Especially if you have a fur baby.
Apartment is nice but it is the caring office staff that makes this place. They know their residents and care.
Me and my husband just moved in a few days ago and so far we are loving it here! The staff is very nice and professional and the maintenance people are on top of getting things fixed. We got lucky on being on the third floor with a great view of the big pond from our porch and it’s quiet as well. I would highly recommend living here if your looking for a nice place to live.
