Renters beware!!!! Corporate owned nightmare. We were rented a unit infested with bedbugs that were blamed on us! It wasn't until we brought up lawyers that all of a sudden, they came from the former tenant that was moved to another unit. We were then told at least we didn't have to pay for the heat treatment (have the back and forth emails). No discounted rate, not even an apology. Management is not responsible at all.
They damage my credit when I was going to the process of buying a house. I decided I was going to break my lease because I could not stay one more day in that place. They entered in my apartment without telling with a 24 hr notice. They charged me an extra $32 the first two weeks I moved in and they said it was an error, that I was supposed to pay more when I signed the contract. By that time I was ready to leave. RecommendedThe environment is amazing here. The folks in the office always take care of you and are super helpful if you need any assistance with your apartment. Their always willing to go beyond to make sure your lease is great! Jeff, Janelle, Kayla, Nick, and Ian are amazing staff!
