Formerly known as UIC Pavilion,Credit Union 1 Arena situated on the campus of the University of Illinois at Chicago is a multipurpose arena. This arena is home to the UIC Flames men's and women's basketball teams as well as to Windy City Rollers, a local women's flat-track roller derby team. Apart from exciting sporting matches, Credit Union 1 Arena also plays host to a wide range of concerts, comedy shows and other performing arts events throughout the year making it a hotspot for fans of live entertainment in the city.

Why they dropped R.Kelly based on rumors is baffling. I'm sure they were aware of the rumors concerning him before they booked him to headline their show. Sounds like a ploy to sale tickets. I'm certainly requesting a refund for the two tickets I purchased and saying good riddance to the UIC pavilion. Poor business tactics.
I wish I could give -0 stars! people paid good money to see the Artist R. Kelly and the Chancellor removes him from the line up because others dont like him..."WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK" just throw the Entire concert away!!!
I am saddened, disappointed, and angry over the removal of R. Kelly from the Pre Mother’s Day Love Jam on May 5, 2018. You used his name to sell tickets then kicked him off over accusations with no evidence, charges or convictions. This is wrong on so many levels and the fans of R.Kelly will not stand for it. All of that purchased tickets are requesting our money back. No one wants to see Xscape, K Michelle, Lyfe and those other acts we never heard of. Plain and simple...no R. Kelly, no show!
