We purchased tickets to see New Edition & Babyface for tonight. This was our first time attending a concert at this venue. People had been sitting around since 730, others stuck in their cars only to find out the concert was cancelled due to the stage flooding. We paid a good amount for our tickets via cash. Your parking lot supervisor, Joe Turman, is a racist bigoted ASSHOLE. He said he would NEVER hire a gay or lesbian to working the parking lot. He also stated he would have to seriously check a black person out for criminal or gang related before hiring a "NI**ER". This jackass needs to be fired instantly.
Was there to see the cure with my best friend on Saturday and loved it, it was easy to pass through security and easy to get to our seat, had a little bit of an obstructed view (we were in row 209 j) yes the seats are less than comfortable but that's not why you go to see a show, drinks overpriced? If you were at a bar then yes, drink prices are on par for any concert I have been to in any state, at any venue. I'd give it a 5 if it weren't for the obstructed view, but I am sure you guys are working on raising the roof.
So my 16 year old goes to the concert tonight and she has 2 Excedrin (with a big E on them, they don't look home-cooked). It's not enough to just confiscate them, which I get... But the hard-ass security guard has to pull her out of line and bark at her "What the FUCK is this?" Really, tough guy?!?!! Nice people skills. Eff this venue; way to take the joy out of a night out!!!!
