This arena is home to the UIC Flames men's and women's basketball teams as well as to Windy City Rollers, a local women's flat-track roller derby team. Apart from exciting sporting matches, Credit Union 1 Arena also plays host to a wide range of concerts, comedy shows and other performing arts events throughout the year making it a hotspot for fans of live entertainment in the city.

A joke Saturday for the New Edition concert was outrageous no parking attendants to help with entering or exiting..no refund...wth i will never go to a concert at the UIC pavillion again idc if the president was there !!!
Building was surprisingly clean for being such an old venue. After reading the reviews I was expecting a dirty run down venue.
Out of a grand total of $600+ (not including the cost of tickets), 2 days of vacation time wasted and driving for 4hrs to get into Chicago to see New Edition only to learn that the UIC Pavilion "couldn't stand the rain" because of their joke of a facility. I can guarantee that your roof leaks didn't just begin, it's been an ongoing issue that your company didn't view important enough to fix. It didn't make any sense how these people can take your money for parking and concession stands. Have you sit in wait a whole hour and say that concert is canceled. Get this place remodel! This was very poor business.
Bought concert tickets to see New Edition. After traveling in the rain and long lines to park and enter the venue. Only to sit for hours in tight seats. To be told cancelled due to weather. I've attended concerts outside it rained they still performed. In 2016 UIC Pavillon is not equipped for this. Very disappointed after they reschedule or refund my money for tickets and parking. I want attend another concert performed here.
It was absolutely unprofessional and unnecessary to have us sit here and wait over an hour, buy concessions, etc. for a show you KNEW was not happening! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
