With the quality of service we provide, your pets will feel like they're on vacation whether boarding or visiting for daycare. We offer long and short-term dog boarding, cat boarding, cage free suites, grooming, obedience and conformation training, and dog daycare.

RecommendedThey treat the dogs as if they were their own! My golden Millie loves the staff there. She runs to great them, and has to make the rounds to say goodbye to them every single day after daycare. If you want a place that will truly care for your pet- this is it!
We had our Sweet Gibson here for 6 days,and she was well taken care of. It was very very nice to see her viva the web cam. I highly recommend creature comforts pet resort.
We were very happy and relaxed on vacation knowing our social and energetic dog was being well looked after and getting lots of exercise. The fact that there is doggy daycare on Sundays was a huge bonus for us. Other places we have used just lock them up on Sundays!!!! While there are some high end lodging options, we were very happy with all day day care and the classic run for 10 days. We will absolutely use Creature Comforts again.
This is the second time we have used Creature Comforts Pet Resort and we love them. The staff are all friendly and helpful. This time we also used their grooming service. My Golden Retriever looks fabulous!!!! Cody loves everyone, and really enjoys doggie daycare. We will definitely be back for boarding and grooming. Thank you for taking such good care of our special boy.
We’ve boarded Lady at the Tonawanda location many times and highly recommend the facility and staff. Lady is a nervous dog and was a wreck when we used to board her at a kennel where she saw other dogs and was over stimulated because it was very noisy there. At CC she stays in a premier suite that is removed from the hustle and bustle. The web cam is a great comfort to me because I can watch her and see that she’s doing well. Whenever I called CC the staff was always friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t use any other kennel.
This was the first time boarding my dog at CC so I was a little apprehensive only because I’ve had unpleasant experiences at other places. I am so glad to say this was positive stay for my dog! The staff is professional, knowledgable, friendly and I could tell they got to know my dog by their responses on his exit report card! The place is very clean, has an encouraging environment and I believe it’s services are priced well. We’ll be returning for more play-time and boarding!

We brought Bailey in for a consultation and a tour of the facilities and were amazed at the place. The staff gave us a warm welcome and Bailey took to playing with his furry friends immediately. After that it was off to Alyssa who does the grooming there. Great experience for both Bailey and Mommy, Daddy. Highly recommend for Daycare , Boarding, Grooming etc. Bailey can’t wait for another play date. 🐶🐶
