Great place. The owner proprietor is so friendly and knowledgable. I love the selection and pricing. Truly a unique Jem!!!
I took my watch there to get battery replaced. The next time I washed my hands the face filled with water (supposed to be water resistant to 100m). I was on vacation at the time so to their credit I did not give them a chance to rectify. Even still, that is unacceptable. I paid them $10 to destroy a $300 watch. Very disappointing.
Bought a matching set - a necklace and earings for my wife. The owner was very helpful but not pushy at all. He managed to find for me exactly what I wanted although I couldn't quite explain it was. The price was very fair compared to other shops I've been to. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for interesting and not overpriced jewelry.
I highly recommend Creations by Gigi . My honey spoils me rotten and is not easy for him because of my picky nature . I don't want to see what I'm wearing on anyone else, that's why my sapphire and diamond's engagement ring was purchased at Creations by Gigi in 2012 . Whenever I come to Florida, I love visiting this store and never leave it without a new gift for myself and/or my girls. It has super pieces that not super expensive at all. Go there if you're looking for good value for your dollar, even diamond pieces are very affordably priced.
