Best Auto Buying Experience Ever – Form the moment I go to this place I knew it was different. I was not immediately pounced on by 50 sales people badgering me into something I did not want. Instead I was greeted by a friendly lady who seemed more interested in answering my questions then in shoving a car down my throat. In the end my daughter and I found just the right first car for her and we drove away happy. I will definitely shop here again should I need another used vehicle.
DON'T BUY HERE! – The only reason I gave them one star is because i couldn't give them a zero... My husband and i were looking for a reliable vehicle, particularily an SUV. We visited the dealership and saw one that we liked at a decent price. Later, after visiting other dealers, we decided to go back and test the vehicle at Crazy Jim's. 1/2 hour wait - just to test drive a car? – Crazy Jim's was our 2nd to last stop after 4 other stops - searching for a reasonably good used car within the Milwaukee area. He had a pretty good selection of cars and we found a few that we liked but no one came out to ask if we needed any help until we neared the front door - 15 minutes later. He unlocked some of the cars we wanted to look at and then we needed to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for him to finish helping someone else and get the keys. Good car place – All I can say is this place is great...We bought a SUV from them in Aug. 2007 and had no problems with the service, or any questions that needed to be answered...I recommend Crazy Jim's, if in need of a good quality used car go there and see Lori
