CROOKS, SCAMMERS, TOTAL JOKE Look carefully this establishment is NOT BBB accredited. On Monday afternoon I went to look at a vehicle that the salesman Daryl assured me was a clean one owner title of a vehicle owned by an older couple in Northern WI. Daryl the salesmen went on to say that's where they purchase ALL of thier inventory because there is less salt used and rust problems. Horrible experience. I have never went to a car lot to be denied a "test drive." I had the guy and he seemed very nice but he had to get permission to do anything. Stating he cannot leave the lot due to him being the only sales guy on the lot..blah blah..there was no one on the lot and I was a potential buyer.. 'nough said! This place is just out for your money. They do not care how you pay or what you do as long as they try to sell you their bs. Finally an honest used car dealer ! ! ! ! ! Shopping for a first car for teen daughter was a nightmare until I got to Crazy Jims. This was the only dealership that not only pointed out the bad with the good but wasn't looking for a kidney donation to make my purchase. Found a nice safe first car for my daughter and get it at a very reasonable price. Wish all dealers were such a pleasure to deal with. Next time I need a vehicle I will be back there shopping for myself. Thanks Linda you were a pleasure to work with.

HE IS NOT CRAZY. HE IS A THIEF ! – Just like other post I`m giving them 1 because there is no 0. I both a vehicle that looks nice and drove smoothly at the test drive. However, very NEXT day after I come on complete stop and turn left or right the car vibrate very badly. Went back and......yes you guess very well. They don`t care. Now, car is in the shop and there is over $ 1000 already and still a lot to be spent. Excellent Customer Service ! – I do not enjoy car shopping. But I needed to buy an additional family car. I was looking for something reasonably priced. A friend recommended Crazy Jim's they had bought several cars from them over the years all with good result. I checked out a couple other used car stores before I stopped at Crazy Jim's, but their prices were too high for the quality of car. Great service, Friendly customer Service – I am writing today to thank you for an excellent customer service experience. I recently started to look for a good used car. Excellent Dealer!!!!!!!!!! – After an exhausting day of looking at cars at places with SUPER annoying car salesmen, I stopped at Crazy Jim's and it was the best decision I made all day. Small lot but the salespeople were VERY helpful!!! Linda was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Great Service and Quality Used Vehicles – This has been the best experience I have ever had in buying a used car. The sales people did not pounch on me and let me browse around without pressuring me into anything. I browsed at the cars I was interested in and the sales lady answered all my questions and helped point me in the direction to the type of car that I was interested in and would suit my needs.
