The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. We take a lot of pride in our food. My favorite item is the Shrimp & Oyster Diablo; a shrimp, oyster and 1/2 Jalapeno wrapped in bacon deep fried and basted in BBQ sauce. ... read more

My wife and i came here for my 40th and the food was awesome 🤙🏼 — with Farrah Miller.
We wanted to try a new spot for lunch and will definitely be back! The seafood nachos were delicious and we enjoyed watching the boats at the marina. Huge portions— the kids meals could easily feed an adult. Caleb was our waiter. He was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive and very good at his job. Kudos to Caleb! Great food and top notch service.
