They did a great job fixing the issues we had under our house. The owner is very dedicated in making sure the job is done right. This is a company that you can trust is going to do the job correctly and they won't break the bank in the process. I believe some of the companies out there are using materials made from 14kt gold, based on some of the estimates I received. I was thrilled to find someone that didn't overcharge for their services, and very pleased with the quality of work they provided.
Crawl Space Solutions did a great job replacing our moisture barrier, removing insulation, and installing pumps under our house. They also did followup visits to insure that everything was working properly. Very satisfied!
They are very personable and professional. They came out quickly to look at the issues I had going on at the house. They were the third company I called. The first two companies only offered to do a full encapsulation on my house. I didn't want to do a full Encapsulation because I was selling my house and just wanted what was absolutely necessary for it to pass the inspection.
