I would advise nobody orders anything from crate and barrel. I am still on hold with customer service after a 2 hour and 45 minute wait trying to return a low quality product. Be advised this company is not worth your time shopping with. You would think with all the people struggling and unemployed they would have hired more customer service reps to manage the higher demand ecommerce is now experiencing.
I arrived this morning with $200 in gift cards ready to make a purchase only to be kept standing outside in a line because someone came up with a store capacity of 20 people - "the store is currently full" was what I was told. I completely support businesses working hard to adjust to COVID-19, I own an essential business and have been working/serving clients throughout this whole pandemic. My wife and I have been longtime customers of crate and barrel. We made an online purchase to be picked up in person on a Friday. It said it had been fulfilled and we could pick it up Saturday. We drove almost an hour to get to the Mayfair Mall location to pick up our order, which said it was available for pickup. When we arrived no one answered the phone or the door.
