I arrived this morning with $200 in gift cards ready to make a purchase only to be kept standing outside in a line because someone came up with a store capacity of 20 people - "the store is currently full" was what I was told. I completely support businesses working hard to adjust to COVID-19, I own an essential business and have been working/serving clients throughout this whole pandemic. RecommendedI have liked the clean lines that make their pieces timeless for over 20 years now. This location has friendly staff that will assist you if you would like help selecting anything from everyday silverware to new furniture for your home.
How does one of two lamps and up arriving without a shade? And why am I left feeling like it's on me to fix the situation? Apparently not too concerning to your associate given customer service I received.
I love this store! From picking up orders to just browsing, it is always a delight. Employees are always willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure you find what you are looking for.
The worst customer service. Spend your hard earned money at a local store with employees who are actually willing to help you out.
