Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream started in the back of our family restaurant, Thai Orchid Cafe, with one flavor: Coconut. After making ice cream for about 6 months as a simple dessert option, we noticed some customers were coming in to just buy the ice cream….and they didn’t order any Thai food. From there, we began serving our super premium ice cream at festivals, weddings, parties and schools. Not only is the ice cream fantastic, but so is the staff. Do yourself a favor and visit and support this local gem. We hosted an event here and it was a massive success in large part due to the entire Crank and Boom team, outstanding group of individuals!!!!

The ice cream was good but nothing better than what I would get at the grocery store. I thought the price was too much for what I got. I was expecting a little more ice cream than what they gave.
