Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream started in the back of our family restaurant, Thai Orchid Cafe, with one flavor: Coconut. After making ice cream for about 6 months as a simple dessert option, we noticed some customers were coming in to just buy the ice cream….and they didn’t order any Thai food. From there, we began serving our super premium ice cream at festivals, weddings, parties and schools. Super nice place! Service was awesome and very friendly and the ice cream.....the best!!!!!
Bourbon Vanilla ice is the best! You have to go upstairs to the selfie room and use the props and take a selfie! Great place to hang out with friends and family

Delicious flavor combinations and a place that is aesthetically very cool. We adults loved this place and so did our children. Well done!
This place is awesome, it's in a kool new development with other restaurants and a few bars. We ate at Crank and Boom at the Lexington 4th of July parade last year. They had a stand set up out there and it was great. We couldn't wait to go back this year and get some more ice cream. Now that they have there own building now is great. Its a kool trendy place where you can get ice cream and after dinner cocktail dessert drinks. And just hang out, outside. We'll definitely be back!!
