Specialties We specialize in authentic Chinese, Taiwanese, and Japanese food. We have great sushi, atmosphere, and our drinks are fantastic. History Established in 2002. David and Fang Chiang opened the first Thousand Crane in Manchester, NH in 2002. A decade later they sold the business and started Thousand Crane II in Nashua. Looking for a more personable atmosphere (and wanting to share authentic Taiwanese cuisine) they moved right across the street, where they opened their third restaurant, aptly named "Crane".

Go there every Sunday for Sake Bombs, with my friend. The food is alway great. The staff is extremely friendly and Sushi Dave is the man!
