Specialties We specialize in authentic Chinese, Taiwanese, and Japanese food. We have great sushi, atmosphere, and our drinks are fantastic. History Established in 2002. David and Fang Chiang opened the first Thousand Crane in Manchester, NH in 2002. A decade later they sold the business and started Thousand Crane II in Nashua. Looking for a more personable atmosphere (and wanting to share authentic Taiwanese cuisine) they moved right across the street, where they opened their third restaurant, aptly named "Crane".

I hated this place so much !!!! And it wasn't my 1st horrible experience ... I guess I'm a glutton for punishment !!! The waitress/Bartender was awful The sushi was the worst The service was awful and they charged us 3 dollars for extra ginger that we had to order because they only gave us 2 shaving with 3 rolls ....
The have great food and excellent sushi. Everyone here is super cool
The food was really good, but totally got ripped off. Put a to-go order in and asked for a separate check on that. We got charged twice for the to -go item. On our bill and on a separate one like I had asked. Didn't notice til today. Kind of annoying and we wondered why the bill was so high! Thanks a lot. Never going there again. Was much better when it was across the street. Also , don't eat the ginger. They cut it up in the entrance way where people can touch it as its left peeled and unattended!
Awesomeness everything! I enjoy sushi take out here often and thoroughly enjoy every bite! Dine in experience is phenomenal as well. Casual, date night, celebration, whatever, git it!
