Specialties We specialize in authentic Chinese, Taiwanese, and Japanese food. We have great sushi, atmosphere, and our drinks are fantastic. History Established in 2002. David and Fang Chiang opened the first Thousand Crane in Manchester, NH in 2002. A decade later they sold the business and started Thousand Crane II in Nashua. Looking for a more personable atmosphere (and wanting to share authentic Taiwanese cuisine) they moved right across the street, where they opened their third restaurant, aptly named "Crane".

WOW, just got my first order super fast, still piping hot. The crab rangoon, stellar! Not overly cream cheesy and actually a nice hint of sweet. We got the monthly special of prosciutto sushi, amazing! You all just blew the restaurant we usually order from out of the water! Only down side is the portion size, on the small side. Keep rocking it!
Disgusting waste of $75.00
My family and I thought this was some of the best Chinese/Japanese food we’ve had in a long time. Absolutely delicious!
Great food. Nice folks. They have very good mala.
Fantastic waitstaff excellent choices
Always delicious. I have never had a bad experience here.
I went here a few Mondays ago & loved it wanted to bring my parents back, now here is the problem I was there on a Monday they were open & busy but when we went back the sign on the door & here states they are open on Mondays BUT NOPE they were closed with NO sign on the door! We talked to a few people and they say this happens a lot, this is by far awesome Chinese food just make up your mind on your hours and stick to it!!!
We showed up at 815 not knowing the buffet ended at 8 and were told by our waitress that we couldn't get it so we ordered from the regular menu and waited for our entrees for 45 minutes while we watched the entire rest of the staff eat the buffet. The food was fantastic when we finally got it but unfortunately I won't be going back
