Specialties We specialize in authentic Chinese, Taiwanese, and Japanese food. We have great sushi, atmosphere, and our drinks are fantastic. History Established in 2002. David and Fang Chiang opened the first Thousand Crane in Manchester, NH in 2002. A decade later they sold the business and started Thousand Crane II in Nashua. Looking for a more personable atmosphere (and wanting to share authentic Taiwanese cuisine) they moved right across the street, where they opened their third restaurant, aptly named "Crane".

Best Pad Tai around. It has become a weekly visit for us!
Best Chinese food ever. Everything was so fresh tasting and flavorful . Tried pineapple crab Rangoon. Wow! Fantastic. Love their lo mein and the chicken tenpenyaki. Sushi chef Dave makes a point to talk to all the customers. We had a great meal and we will add this restaurant to one of our favorites.
This is my absolute favorite restaurant! Sushi and pad thai are my favorites! Great drink menu and service always excellent!!
