$569.42 is my bill for technician fixing my AC which was working while they were present. When they left it stopped working. Being very busy it took me a week to get around to calling the company. They said itll cost their normal rate again to get it fixed (200/hr, instead of comping the 2nd visit which is customary in this kind of situation. Don't expect a complete fix.
This is the BEST AC company on Island. The staff is professional and efficient. They are very respectful to customers and their property. They are led by an amazing Manager who is honest, trustworthy and honorable. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

THEY INSTALL IN HILO!!!! I couldn't find a Hawaii Energy vendor in Hilo and was referred by my friend in HNL to Craig's Air. Craig called me right away to introduce himself and then Jordan in Hilo called me right after to schedule a consult so I could get the install and credit before the end of the year. I've worked with Craig's AC twice now. I am impressed by their personable staff, honest repairs, and fair pricing. They replaced many electrical components on my split AC after a gecko fried the board. Shortly after the repair the unit quit working again and Craig's came back at no cost to repair it again and did extra work to ensure it would not happen again.
