I thought Dr. Zalvan was great. His staff on the other hand, not so great!. they refused me an appointment & i was told I had an outstanding balance. After a few days on the phone with the office manager still nothing was cleared up other then she was willing to reduce the price. Even though dr is covered, & I had the referral & specifically asked the front desk before seeing the dr if they received everything, which they said yes. still nothing has been done. my insurance is 100% covered for t
Dr. Zalvan is definitely a doctor who cares! He is knowledgeable and caring! He spent a lot of time with me, was gentle with the nasal endoscope, and was very reassuring. His prescription for my recovery was a success. I recommend him without equivocation!
