Fantastic!!! Finally Subglottic Stenosis Addressed Approximately two years after a surgery I developed some vocal and breathing difficulties and a nasty “smoker’s” cough (I never smoked). Thus, became my 8-year frustrating odyssey to discover the cause. I saw many wonderful physicians, but none hit upon the proper diagnoses until last November. Dr. Zalvan is a caring and attentive physician. But what sets him apart from many others in his field is his acute expertise in his specialty.
Dr. Zalvan was fantastic. All the personnel at the hospital were wonderful. I had a polyp removed from my vocal chords, and I am healthy and feeling fine. I would recommend Dr. Zalvan to anyone needing any ENT treatment.
Dr. Zalvan made an incorrect diagnosis and was dismissive of me as a patient. I found his bedside manner to be rude. I would strongly suggest that nobody see this doctor.
Optimal care professionally rendered with a personal touch. I am a professional singer and voice coach who suffered vocal fold paralysis during surgical intubation for a heart procedure. I was not able to speak at all. Dr. Zalvan got me started on the path back to laryngeal health.
Dr. Zalvan is thorough, with a full comprehensive exam with explanations to his procedures and findings. Very professional doctor and is pleasant in all respects.
