A great professional who shows true concern for his patients.
I called to make an appointment as a new patient. After being on hold for a bit and giving my insurance information which is good insurance, I was told that it was outside his scope of practice to take new patients over the age of 60. That makes absolutely no sense. I am stil a year and a half away from Medicare. It left a very bad taste in my mouth.
Made an appointment with Michelle as a new patient. Fasted as I was told to, filled out paperwork, Day of appointment had weight, blood pressure, etc. Then told I could not be a patient because I had Medicare, which they don't take. I explained I have Florida Blue and not Medicare B, just A for hospitalization. They also said they called me the day before to cancel the appointment. He’s a great doctor but you cannot get in to see him when you are sick!!!! He started a new practice and had to close for a while but had no contingencies for his patients and now when we are sick he is so backed up it’s more than a month to get in! That’s disgusting!!!
I’ve been going to Dr Yunk for over 7 years. He’s a true professional and would recommend him to anyone and have already several times. Excited he opened his own practice as well.
I have been with Dr Yunk for 6-7 years now. He is compassionate, listens to my problems and takes the time to explain treatment, options and shows concern for my well being. He recently started his own practice in the same building and I will follow him there. The staff was exceptional, outstanding!
We love him. He is a great listener and always responsive to our needs, offering kind guidance. The staff is great. They are sweet and always work with us to book appointments when needed. One of the best doctors out there. We tell everyone about him.
Bad waited a month just for him to say he doesn’t take Medicare! Sad we have Cigna health spring set up appointment one month ahead of time never told he would not accept. He hid behind his office had his workers in front tell us. Gutless Doctor

He is our family doctor, our entire family goes to him now. I have been with him since he started out. He has turned out to be the best doctor I have ever had and I love his staff too! It has been great watching his practice grow as he has helped keep me and my growing family stay healthy.
