Dr. Richter and staff were great. Organized, friendly, professional, explained the things the exam tested, and what results meant.
He is very good and thorough. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. However the wait times are ridiculous. Schedule less appointments with greater time between. A 40 min wait when schedules as second person after lunch is not acceptable. Respect for patients time is also necessary

This was my first time seeing an ophthalmologist. This was a wonderful friendly office and Dr. Richter had a friendly calming professional bedside manner. I was totally happy with my experience.

Dr, Richter - sets standards for his profession!! Medical Staff - excellent - competent, caring professionals! Office Staff - Good overall. However, Nancy needs help - now!!! The woman does the work of two!! She is great! Also - I did not appreciate being challenged for an outstanding $15 co-pay immediately upon arrival. Patients, in the waiting area, did not have to overhear that conversation! Turns out that the invoice was received and returned by USPS the prior weekend.
