Terrific. Very attentive doctor and staff
Dr. Richter is clear, concise, sets a patient plan, and explains the plan thoroughly to the patient. He is calm and takes his time, as though you were the only one in his office…despite the full load of patients. I highly recommend him…after all, I trust him with my eye sight.
Office is run efficiently by friendly staff. Dr. Richter is kind, patient, explains things in detail and makes sure you don't have any questions before the appointment ends. I highly recommend this physician and practice.
Dr. Richter and staff were great. Organized, friendly, professional, explained the things the exam tested, and what results meant.
He is very good and thorough. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. However the wait times are ridiculous. Schedule less appointments with greater time between. A 40 min wait when schedules as second person after lunch is not acceptable. Respect for patients time is also necessary
