As a new patient I was treated very well. No long wait. Took me right on time. Dr Richter is very thorough & courteous. Had an all round good experience.
Going to Dr Richter for years alway a pleasant experience
Office staff are friendly and efficient but the service is dreadful! It was necessary to call numerous times and wait up to 20 min for help! After requesting an appointment we were told the office would call! They never received the message! So unreliable that we’d prefer to go in person to cancel & reschedule!
Isn’t this the same question as above expressed differently? Exceptional doctor in my opinion. Very thorough. Listens to everything I ask. Never in a rush.

Dr Richter was highly recommended by a friend however I was very concerned about having my two eye surgeries. After my initial visit with him and his amazing staff I knew I had made the right choice. Ready for second surgery. Was a 5 STAR experience!
Dr Richter is the doctor for my eyes. He is a dedicated professional who gives me confidence and provides excellent eye care. I do not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
