Craig (as he encourages his patients to call him) performed cataract surgery on both my eyes over a 2 week period. It was pain free and I had zero discomfort or issues after the surgery. I now see 20/20 in both eyes without glasses. Fantastic! Also, his office staff is some of the best I have ever experienced at any doctors office - courteous, patient and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Richter.

As always, Dr. Richter treats us wonderfully. He explains his findings, clearly, with us so that, together, we can make the right decisions in keeping our vision in top form. His staff is wonderful, as well. We couldn’t be happier.

I waited over 1 1/2 hours and then left because the doctor had not appeared in the examine room.
my visit was great, staff professional and efficient . I don't like the new phone system. Calling to ask if I need a new referral results in a lot of on hold time while person not in the office has to contact the office to get info. Not happy with that part of this new set up.
My mother and I have been patients of Dr.Richter for many years. It's a good experience from the time of arrival in his office,as the staff is very accommodating(Mom ,96 is in a wheelchair and unable to walk),to the actual exam by Dr. Richter who is very experienced, thorough,and pleasant to talk to. I would certainly recommend Dr. Richter to any one needing expert eye care,and have.
Great doctor. I have been going to him for years.
