Dr. Richter is the most knowledgeable and efficient ophthalmologist I have ever been to. He is extremely thorough and in addition, he is also warm and friendly. I would recommend him to anybody seeking an excellent eye doctor.
Dr. Richter has been my ophthalmologist for many years. I have absolute confidence in his diagnosis and treatments. I feel I have both a professional and personal connection with him and his staff.
Good doctor - horrible office - wait times way above average - time the dr sees you minimal , patient interaction minimal - overbooked
Dr. Richter is a kind, insightful, and very thorough doctor. He displayed a clearly high level of expertise in opthamology and was able to quickly determine my eyes ailment while great confidence. He went into great detail explaining what was wrong with my eye but in manner that was easily understandable and took time to answer all of my questions. With him, you know you are in the right hands!
Dr Richter performed cataract surgery on both eyes withe excellent results. He was both caring and informative throughout the process
Dr. Richter was friendly and seems to be extremely competent. The reasons for giving him only 3 stars are: 1. My experience with the medical staff person who did the initial intake was not a pleasant one. "Friendly" would not be a word I would use to describe her. 2. I waited 45 minutes before I even saw the intake staff person. Total time in the office was exactly 3 hours. I spent perhaps 15 minutes with Dr. Richter and 10-15 minutes having other tests performed.
