The staff is absolutely unfriendly, untrustworthy and not working in the best interest of their patients. I am disgusted by the level of care that people receive in this facility. Working with people with brain injuries, they should know what competency is And what their patients need but they do not. Do not send your loved ones here. They isolate them from the outside world and brainwash them. Its disgusting and disturbing.
Can’t say enough good things about the staff, nurses, techs, therapist & doctors at Craig. My son was there for a month after his brain injury from a car accident. They were wonderful with him and all had the same goal to get him home and back to work as a dispatcher. Thank you Craig!!

I fought tooth and nail to get my husband to Craig, and I do it all over again if I had to! If anything ever happens to someone you love in relation to their brain and/spinal cord, do whatever it takes to get them to Craig to get them the best of the best treatment while they recover!! This is the best of the best in every way possible. If you have the chance to come here to rehabilitate a Spinal Cord Injury, a Traumatic Brain Injury, or both, please find a way to do so. I’ve never met better therapists and kinder caretakers than I have at Craig. It’s worth the air ambulance, the drive, and anything else it may take. If you have a brain or a spine injury this is the place that you need to be. They work wonders. The campus has grown since I was a patient 7 years ago. The staff are great, they really want you to succeed in life.
