Its sad when I have been a patient for many years and he wont see me because I have a cough. Was told to go to Icare. Staff is rude. Doctor is ok
I was racially discriminated against and refused as a patient even though I was assigned this Doctors office by my insurance company. I have never been so humiliated in my life. But given other reviews it appears I indirectly doged a bullet. Very unhappy and my seek WJAC
Great doctor and wonderful staff
I like Dr. Fockler a lot. Not so much the other staff who tend to be rude and condescending. But he is good. He listens and takes into consideration the patient’s opinion.
I was really surprised by the negative comments left by other patients. I have been seeing Dr. Fockler for close to a year now and I have never had any problems other than some times where I wait longer than normal, but that is pretty common regardless of the provider. Dr. Fockler and his staff have always been courteous and professional with me. I feel that Dr. Fockler takes a personal interest in my health problems. His receptionist knows me by name and staff assist me with insurance approval.
I have never had an experience like this before with a doctors office. The ONLY good thing they did for me was refer me to a doctor that turned out to be wonderful. Dr. Fockler had me in tears for two days after he patronized me over and over because of my history. I got lab work done and X-rays, I called and they told me all my blood work and X-rays were absolutely normal except my glucose was a little high. Today my new family doctor read the SAME blood test and X-rays. The top of my spine and
I never even got in to see Dr. Fockler himself, I had my first appointment with a different doctor. The receptionists are utterly intolerable- shockingly rude and incompetent. Even calling to confirm details, they were downright hostile. I've had 4 or so encounters with these receptionists, and every single time I was absolutely taken aback with their lack of even minimal courtesy. I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they are consistently awful. I will never go here again.
Pushes pills for every ailment and then pills for the side effects.
Rude. Dismissive. Condescending. Visited the room three times and wouldn't even give me a chance to really explain what has been bothering me. He spent a total of about 90 seconds with me and literally laughed at my concerns. Maybe he had an off night, but if he were the last physician in the world, I'd visit a veterinarian. He finished our brief conversations while walking out into the hallway....back turned. Didn't even know his name until I got the discharge papers, skipped introduction
