I went to see Dr. Smucker for my two week follow up appointment after my hip replacement. He is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He is forthcoming with what to expect and put your mind at ease.
He listened and I felt very comfortable with his decisions
Surgery on damaged knee, tibia and meniscus. Explained entire operation and after care very thoroughly. Excellent provider!

What angers me is - who is the Einstein who approved the stupid ' kiosk ' for checking in ??? It's a waste of time and money !! I've been a patient of Smuckers for over 5yrs , they've always had my information on file, and yet I was ' required ' to fill in all of my information, drivers license and insurance card plus emergency contact...etc over again, when the office already has all of this on file ?? That stupid kiosk has made everyone's visit turn into a terrible experience and adds more work to the staff !!
