It’s been a very long time since I have really been impressed by a provider. Being in healthcare, I’m extremely picky. This visit was not rushed and I was able to feel very confident with the provider. Definitely recommend him!!
Dr. Smucker always takes the time to explain everything and is always willing to answer all my questions.
Dr. Smucker was very to the point and honest. He provided a complete exam and while describing Xray results, in medical terms, he reverted to more patient friendly explanations. The conclusion was honest and very acceptable.
Dr Smucker explained everything he did before he did it. I went into the 1st appointment with trepidation because I am a sissy when it comes to medical issues. He put me at ease and reassured ne throughout that the decisions regarding next steps were always completely mine to make. He instructed me about all of my options and helped me to make the best choice for me! He made the cortisone injection painless! A little pressure but no pain!
