Dr Smucker took the time to make me feel that he valued me as a patient and the reason for my visit. He took his time to explain everything to me.
He looked over my Xrays of both hands and gave an immediate diagnosis. Also showed the bad joint areas of my hands and the possible treatment options. Also recommended a rheumatologist.
I was extremely pleased with my visit. I was scheduled for 9:00 am and was promptly seen and x-rayed for my hip. Dr. Smucker explained everything about the results in great detail and the options available to me. He never made me feel I was being rushed. I highly recommend Dr.Smucker and his staff.
Dr suckered always takes his time so I will understand my options. I have been sending dr. Suckered science 2007. He partially replaced both of my knees. And they have been very good science. Thats 18 years if my count is correct.
I went to Dr. Smuckers for a second opinion on my hip and he made me feel better about my diagnosis. He was very understanding and is going to try some therapy which my other dr. Didn’t even recommend.
Was late for my appointment but they still took the time for me even pushing through there lunchtime they made time to see me thanks
Friendly and helpful and personable
Office staff and doctors assistant were very kind. I was familiar with Dr Smucker and assistant due to a previous surgery. Great experience.
Been 3 times, and had short wait to see him. Answered all my questions. Shots were fairly painless. Did not rush me and spent time on other joint ailments I had.
