As an experienced buyer I only want to work with the best. I was under a tight time line, I spoke with Craig, told him what I wanted, he gave me very good leads that I narrowed down and had him show me the top half a dozen. I want to warn all working-class buyers, veterans, and fellow first responders: **Do NOT just trust these guys.** We learned the hard way that a fancy name doesn't mean a lick of service. We met Craig exactly once. He popped out of a side room for a few minutes like he was some kind of A-list celebrity, gave us the "big shot" vibe, and then vanished. We never saw him again.
