The communication here is awful! I asked specifically if I could leave whenever I wanted, and then I was pretty much held captive that night and the next day. The sleeping arrangements were awful, and the food was terrible. The workers were mostly nice.
Absolutely negligent and unsafe experience. My boyfriend drove 5 hours to bring an adult to this facility for detox, only for the situation to fall apart when the patient became volatile and started showing withdrawal symptoms. Instead of handling the problem safely, the facility allowed the burden to fall on my boyfriend and expected him to drive 5 hours back with an unstable person who did not want treatment. DO NOT GO OR TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!!!! Took my wife here cause she was having really bad panic attacks. The treatment she got there was absolutely horrible. When my wife was having a bad panic attack 2 nurses dismissed her and treated her like a addict then on top of that my wife asked for a certain medicine that she knew worked. The male nurse told her “This is all im giving you” AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

First experience in a short term crisis rehab. It started rough because it was scary being away from home and some aspects feel a bit 'prison' like due to mitigating risks for people to harm themselves (or others) I understood this since I was previously employed at a drug and substance rehab and was trained on exactly why patients don't get access to things that seem trivial to outsiders . 99% of the staff were the kindest, funniest and realest people.
