Dr. Cragun is the best Dr I have ever been to. He is a pro. His bedside manner is brilliant because he really cares about me the patient. I had an emergency and was in real pain. I had seen another Dr and they sent me home suggesting my pain was something else but Dr Cragun found the issue and fixed it. Dr. Cragun fit me in and fixed me up. Entire staff were exceptional! I also especailly appreciated Dr. Cragun's ability to put me at ease from the very beginning on through the end of the procedure. Not an easy thing to do considering I was getting a root canal. While it has been a long time since my last root canal, I can say that Dr. Cragun is the by far the best. I highly recommend him and his staff.
I have heard horror stories about root canals so I was not excited, but my experience at this office was so easy and pain free. Great staff as well. The lady at the front desk made me feel so welcome, and Dr. Cragun was great at checking up on me every couple of minutes during the root canal to make sure I wasn't feeling anything. Awesome experience!
