I have literally cried tears of joy during this visit with Dr. Cragun! His staff was amazing and extremely professional and caring. Dr. Cragun listened to my story, laughed with me, and immediately went to work. This was supposed to be a consultation only but he didn't waste time and completed my entire root canal right then and there. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Thank You

We saw Dr. Cragun today for my 10 year old daughter and he was SO good with her. He allowed us to stay with her during her procedure and kept stopping and checking on her. I'm so thankful! I would highly recommend him. The office staff was great as well, gave us all the information about what insurance pays and what our part would be upfront.
Great practice & staff! Dr. Cragun & his staff are fantastic. I was referred to his practice from my primary dentist for an emergency root canal. They were able to see me within 30 minutes and to immediately fit me in for the procedure. I was extremely thankful! They were kind, friendly and very caring. The staff was very clear about how billing would work and about every detail of the procedure, checking on how how was feeling the whole time.
There is absolutely not enough stars!! Dr. Cragun and his staff are impeccable. I was a nervous wreck as I had heard awful things about root canals. Needless to say.... I never felt a thing and had dinner with friends that night! He and his staff are like a well timed clock. Soothing..
