History Established in 2010. We are a family owned and operated jewelry store founded by father and son Brandon and Jayson Case Meet the Business Owner Jayson C. Business Owner We were inspired to open our store Craft-Revival Jewelers as a reference to a time when things were handmade. Our store features a staff with over 30 years experience in designing and creating jewelry.

I looooooove my engagement ring. It's perfect in every way and Jayson was amazing. They are so kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable. My fiancé and I were very pleased.

Brandon made the experience of designing a ring exceptional. He listened intently to what we were looking for and made the design a reality; we were even able to be a part of the ring casting process. The entire staff made us feel at ease and were a delight to work with. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I can't recommend Craft Revival enough.
Jayson did such a fantastic job working with my vision of my engagement ring. His recommendations were spot on and enhanced the details of what I was looking for, taking it to a far better level than I had on my own. Told my fiancé that if he ever wants to buy me jewelery, this is his place! Will be back soon to create the groom's ring and my band... can't wait!
I went into Craft-Revival and loved the whole experience. The store, Ainsley (who I met with first), Roxanne, Jayson, Brandon...everyone was so kind and down to earth that I never felt pressured or over sold. In fact, they bent over backwards for me and made the process so enjoyable! I just picked up my new setting today and I can't wait to go back to get more in the near future!

I contacted 4 different custom jewelers in the Grand Rapids area to help me make a pendant necklace using diamonds from my mother. Brandon and Jason at Craft Revival were phenomenal and so very helpful in guiding me towards the design I wanted. I was so happy with the finished product which placed diamonds given to my mom from my two fathers in a pendant that had my husband's and children's initials and birthdates on it...combining where I came from and where I am....I returned a few months later for assistance with my engag... read more
