I have been to this location 4 times. The first time O loved it so I came back. The second time was horrible the waitress was rude claim I shorted her a dollar out loud as we were leaving out the door. So I never came back to this location for 4 years the third time was great. On last night I went for a girls night out and leta just say. I'm done with this location all together.
My Druken Tenders and Fries were Great. Our server was also very polite and seemed to love her job.
The Customer service was fast and friendly; the Atmosphere was nice also. And the food was really good and nicely prepared ! We will definitely add this to our list of places to Patronize 🏽👍🏽
I don't know where to start from my drink being spilled on me to the quality of my food being absolutely incorrect. I sent my entire order back and didn't want anything else after the kitchen manager came out to say "he didn't see anything wrong with it". If a customer says they are not satisfied then as a manager it your responsibility to take all measures to make the customer HAPPY....Will not be visiting this location again.
Food manager was so unprofessional and he didn't introduce himself (Joe) and Lauren I felt so sorry for her because she was not ready for a big party. Step ur game up and on a Saturday night. But u can't have waitresses in the bathroom and crying in a stale then have a new employee struggling
This is a nice place to sit and chill. Food was good and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. This was my first visit and we are planning another real soon.
Environment was cool, service wasn't terrible but they were out of Michelob Ultra. So my husband ordered Bud Light the first time, then when he ordered another one he was given a Miller Lite and the his third drink was a Coors. Each time he ordered Bud Light. The queso and chips were nothing more than rotel and Tostitos and the chicken tenders were so greasy they were inedible. Probably won't come back.
