The food and drinks were excellent...but your servers need more customer service training our server didn't come check on us 1 time only to bring our orders we requested...we had no napkins unless we asked when we got our drinks wrong sized straws for our glasses...it was not fun at all I've worked in restaurants before so I know how it is...we weren't looking for perfection but at least an effort
New waitress, felt sorry for her, didn't know anything!
We went there to have a business meeting, we sat on the patio. It was a beautiful day, the staff was polite and very helpful.
Fox and Hound graciously hosted the 3rd Annual Shelby County Star Trek Day celebration yesterday, affording us the use of two rooms in order to showcase our panel experts and memorabilia. Much of the staff even dressed in Star Trek uniforms while serving Trek-themed food and refreshments. They made the event successful and fantastic!
