We had the absolute best service provided by Coco!!! The food was great, beer cold and Villanova lost . Great afternoon ! 5 stars not enough!!!
I went there with my son to play a lil pool they ignored us I mean we stayed there for an hour and no waiter came to see us. I think you can bring your own drinks and food
Worst service ever!! Couldn't buy a drink if I wanted to. Had to wait 15 mins on a drink and in between drinks ��

This was our first time visiting Memphis and this restaurant. When we walked in there was no sign saying seat yourself or to wait. Looking around we didn't see any workers near by. Took about 5 minutes before the waitress told us to sit wherever. We needed a lower table due to needing a high chair. That took forever to get chairs and the high chair. I have been to this location 4 times. The first time O loved it so I came back. The second time was horrible the waitress was rude claim I shorted her a dollar out loud as we were leaving out the door. So I never came back to this location for 4 years the third time was great. On last night I went for a girls night out and leta just say. I'm done with this location all together.
My Druken Tenders and Fries were Great. Our server was also very polite and seemed to love her job.
The Customer service was fast and friendly; the Atmosphere was nice also. And the food was really good and nicely prepared ! We will definitely add this to our list of places to Patronize 🏽👍🏽
I don't know where to start from my drink being spilled on me to the quality of my food being absolutely incorrect. I sent my entire order back and didn't want anything else after the kitchen manager came out to say "he didn't see anything wrong with it". If a customer says they are not satisfied then as a manager it your responsibility to take all measures to make the customer HAPPY....Will not be visiting this location again.
