The service was AWFUL! It took everything I had not to go looking for our server. We were checked on more by people who weren't waiting on us.
This was the worst customer service I have had ever.No one came to take our order for 20 mins.When she finally came she didn't bring any napkins,silverware, and we had to ask for menus.When the food made it to the table the manager brought it and just left.No one came back to the table to ask if we needed anything like ketchup for my cold fries or any forks.I had to find another server by the name of Trish who was the only one showed compassion to help us.Kudos to her. This was my first time coming to The Fox &Hound my friends and I had a great time food was good service was nice and friendly place was clean. We definitely plan to come back again.
Ordered a beer here and it came 1/4 empty?? Also my friend ordered an extra dirty martini and it came 1/2 empty and had no olive juice or olives with it. Asked the waitress to fix the issue and she just looked at us like We had 2 heads.
It's was straight but Kayla need to not roll her eyes she Childish���but food was great enjoyed Ourselves
Excellent service, food, and drinks. Everyone is so friendly. Awesome establishment
