I moved here in the middle of summer and have loved my experience! The placement of this complex is perfect, having the convenience of silence when I work from home, but also only a couple minutes away from major highways/any store you could need. Spider webs all over overhead and the lower levels the webs attack you there are so many. Who cleans this web situation up.
I recently moved to Crabtree Lakeside, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the start, Mr. Savage, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and professional. Tyler, the assistant property manager, also went above and beyond to explain everything clearly and give me a great tour of all the amenities. Nothing but issues since moving in almost 3 months ago. Cheap cabinet drawer fell apart, leaking roof, leaking dishwasher..my apartment was filthy upon moving in like it hadn’t been turned at all. No help from the staff..it’s going to be a long year
