Cr Property Group is amazing, i ran into a situation and was running out of time, Cr Property helped me out, got us settled very fast and had my family in a beautiful home in no time! I appreciate when i had questions they were available with answers at all times! This was a new experience for us and they made me feel very comfortable in being able to explain exactly what i wanted!

RUN RUN RUN from these people! We inherited a property that needed some work; we were motivated to sell it. This is part of what they do; buy distressed homes and flip them. We figured it was going to be a low ball offer, and it was. We live out of state and didn't want to make any repairs, so we agreed to the offer. They told us what improvements they were going to make to the home. As soon as we signed the contract, they listed the house for sale on MLS. A HOUSE THEY DID NOT OWN! Worst buying experience and this was house #5 for us. Unethical practices, will say what you want to hear to your face but the end result is not what was said. They claim to get building permits and inspections when required, untrue in our situation and due to my due diligence they were caught. Beware....our recommendation would be to run as there are many other houses to buy frkm more honest sellers.
