I simply wanted to get out of my house as soon as possible. I called and the next day Kerry arrived at scheduled time. After a quick tour of the house he contacted other associates and made me a very acceptable offer. I believe this all took about 1 hour. We decided on a closing date for my convenience. This company has messaged me, and sent letters to me asking to buy my house that has never been and will never be put on the market. They have repeatedly sent letters, post cards and texts, some including pictures of my house that they took off of google maps without permission from ******** ***. the owners of *******
This company's services were as advertised. The agent visited the house, made an offer I found adequate, and went over the necessary documents remotely, as my new home was a three-hour drive from their offices. We were able to sign all documents electronically and provide a power of attorney so that we would not have to attend the closing. I unfortunately had to sell my grandmothers house. Ferd and Alicia were very nice to work with and talk to. Ferd made the decision to sell very easy. I didn't feel pressured at all. I didn't get the money I wanted but they got me close to it. Settlement was easy and they worked with me while trying to clean out my grandmothers house. Also the leave behind program is great if you just can't take everything with you.
Bought a house from this company, CR Property Group, now Integrity First, 6 years ago. They cover up big problems and make everything look nice. Would not recommend this seller to anyone. Run the other way. Roof leaking, plumbing problems, electrical problems, and water in the basement are just a few of our problems. Also wondering why they had to change the name of the company???

When our Dad died, we didn’t know where to go to sell his house. One night a commercial came on and we called. Because of Covid, we talked over the phone with Ferd. they use "lead generation" without disclosing they collect and share/sell/market your data, phone, address and send text messages despite my repeated DEMAND TO CEASE AND DESIST pusuant to my rights under state and Federal "DO NOT CALL" laws. I called today to speak about it again, and was HUNG UP on by two separate reps for the company, after they confirmed they sent me a text in March 2020 utilizing a computer.
