Jen S**** and her team were great to work with from day one to closing for the sale of my house! Jen was available by phone, text, and email anytime of the day. The process was smooth and simple as well as working with my work schedule to get everything done. Jen even followed up after the sale to see if I needed anything or had any questions. She also answered all my husband's questions about selling his house while working on my closing. Thank you for making everything seem so easy!!
Started by texting my cell phone, how the hell they got my number I don't know. I own a 1972 mobile home in a park on land that I rent. "I want to buy your property, Cash offer" I very rudely replied to the text informing them I own the trailer but not the land and all owners have to actually live in the trailer. This summer I had a very serious event happen which caused me to have to sell 2 houses as is. Sarah was absolutely amazing and with her professional and caring help I was able to sell the houses in 3 months. The offer on both houses was fair and equitable. The company allowed me to return to Virginia by mid September with ease of mind. They call and bother you, they text and bother you, they constantly send mail and bother you, have a real hard time taking no for an answer would never do business with these people
